Service includes:

  1. Selection of premises or finding buyer;
  2. Verification of suitability of premises for the chosen business activity (for buyer);
  3. Advising on factors that increase/decrease profitability of the selected premises (for buyer);
  4. Verification of possible unfavorable to business circumstances for the selected premises (for buyer);
  5. Legal support during contract conclusion, registration of right of ownership and transfer of ownership (including participation in negotiations with contractors).

Price for services: 4% of the contract price, in complex transactions - up to 5%.

Payment is made regardless of whether the client is a seller or a buyer.

Terms: depend on the characteristics of the property, the desired selling price (purchase) and a number of other factors.
